Business Development Specialist
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to develop, manage, and close new partnership opportunities. This role requires identifying potential partners, initiating communication, presenting our services, and completing the whole acquisition process from start to finish.
Position Overview:
The specialist will focus on securing:
- Authorized Service Center agreements with manufacturers
- Contracts with property management companies
- Partnerships with home warranty companies
- Commercial and institutional service agreements
- This is a fully remote position aligned with US/Canada EAST Time Zone office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research manufacturers, distributors, property management companies, warranty providers, and commercial accounts.
- Independently manage the entire partnership acquisition cycle, including outreach, communication, proposals, and follow-up.
- Initiate contact with decision-makers through email, phone, and professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Professionally present our services and capabilities in both English and Spanish.
- Prepare and submit applications to become Authorized Service Centers for manufacturers.
- Maintain organized records of outreach, leads, and negotiations using our internal CRM and platforms.
- Build strong and ongoing business relationships to support long-term cooperation.
Requirements:
- Complete professional fluency in both English and (Spanish, Russian is an asset)
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Partnership Acquisition.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to research independently, generate leads, and manage the whole contract acquisition process.
- Working remotely and following US/Canada time-zone business hours.
- Experience in appliance repair, field service, or facility management industries is an advantage but not required.
- High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
Compensation:
- Compensation varies based on qualifications and experience. Base Salary (Remote) plus Performance Bonuses per signed contract (depending on contract size and complexity)
- Additional commission available for high-value manufacturer partnerships
